At Aayizhai Fashions, we strive to process and ship your orders promptly:​

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.​
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1-5 business days within India. Please note that delivery times may extend during high-demand periods.​
  • Shipping Partners: We collaborate with reputable courier services such as DTDC and Delhivery for domestic deliveries. International shipments are handled by DHL, FedEx, and similar carriers.​
  • Tracking: After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.​

While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control. However, we are committed to assisting you in tracking your package.​

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before the order status changes to “Processing” (prior to shipment confirmation), whichever is earlier.​

  • Refunds: Upon successful cancellation, refunds will be processed within seven business days to the original payment method used.​

Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders)

We do not offer refunds but provide exchanges for product or size, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be initiated within two days of delivery and meet the following criteria:​

  1. The product(s) must be unused and unwashed.​
  2. All tags should remain intact.​
  3. Items purchased at a sale or discounted price are ineligible for exchange.​
  4. Custom-altered products cannot be exchanged.​
  5. For issues like damages, partial, or incorrect products received, an unpacking video is required.​

Customers are responsible for returning the parcel to us.​

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:​

  1. Contact us via the Exchange link within 24-48 hours of order delivery.​
  2. A processing fee of ₹200 per product applies. Please share the payment confirmation with us at info@aayizhai.com.​

If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a credit voucher equivalent to the item’s value, valid for 90 days.​

International Orders

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.​

Custom Tailored or Altered Items

Items that are custom-sized or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.​

Sale Items

Products purchased during sales, with discounts, or using gift vouchers are not eligible for return or exchange.​
